- Standard Shipping: CAD $10.00 (6-9 business days)

How We Ship Your Order
Your Folia Body mitts are lovingly dispatched within 24 hours from our warehouse in Australia. We partner with trusted international carriers – DHL Express, DHL eCommerce, or Australia Post – depending on your location, with Canada Post handling final delivery to your door.
Quick Processing: Orders are processed every business day (Monday to Friday, Australian time). Due to time differences, orders placed in Canada are typically processed the next Australian business day – but don't worry, we work around the clock to get your mitts on their way!
Delivery Details
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our Australian warehouse, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation. You can track your package through our carrier's website until it reaches Canada Post for final delivery. Canada Post will then provide local tracking updates.
What if I'm not home?
Canada Post will:
- Leave a delivery notice card if you're not available
- Hold your package at the nearest post office for pickup
- Some packages may be left in community mailboxes (for apartments/condos)
- Safe drop available if you've authorized it through Canada Post
Remote & Northern Territories
We ship coast to coast to coast! Remote areas, Northern territories (Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut), and rural locations may take an extra 3-5 business days, but we promise your silk mitts are worth the wait.
Customs & Import Information
Important: As your order ships from Australia, please note:
- Orders under CAD $20 are duty and tax-free
- Orders over CAD $20 may be subject to GST/HST/PST depending on your province
- Additional brokerage fees may apply for some carriers
- Occasionally, parcels may be held at customs for inspection, which can add a few days
We declare the actual value of goods on customs forms as required by law.

Change of Mind Returns
Changed your mind? We understand. Simply email us at support.ca@foliabody.com with your order number and we'll help you right away. If your mitt hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel and refund your order immediately. If it's already on its way to you, just send it back unopened within 30 days of delivery (return shipping is on you), and we'll process your refund as soon as it arrives back at our warehouse.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Your mitt should arrive in perfect condition, ready to reveal your smoothest skin. If your package has had a rough journey, we'll make it right. Email us at support.ca@foliabody.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damage
- A brief description of the issue
